Ernesto Becomes Tropical Depression

Tropical Storm Ernesto was downgraded to a tropical depression as it traveled up the Florida peninsula. The center of Ernesto is set to emerge into the Atlantic and will continue to pour heavy rain over central and southwestern Florida. A Tropical Storm warning is currently in effect from Sebastian Inlet Florida to Cape Lookout North Carolina.
