Tropical Storm Debby? Barely…

Debby barely hanging on as a tropical storm. At 1100 pm the center of Tropical Storm Debby was located about 1400 miles southwest of the Azores.
Debby is moving toward the west-northwest near 14 mph and and a turn to the northwest and then north-northwest is expected over the next 24 hours.
Maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast during the next 24 hours. Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 105 miles from the center.
